Our Classes

All our classes are limited to a maximum of12 ladies in each so our dedicated coaches have the opportunity to offer individual guidance and adaption suitable to your fitness & mobility level.

Functional fitness classes - high energy training using functional movements to build strength, endurance and confidence in your body.

Pilates classes - build core strength, improve posture, balance and flexibility through mindful controlled movements.

Strength & Resistance - perfect for ladies who want to build strength, boost muscle tone and start the weekend feeling powerful. A focused early morning class built around you getting stronger, fitter and more confident with the basics - so you can track progress, lift with better form and feel the difference week by week.

Yoga classes - ease muscle tension, boost mobility and support recovery with this restorative class that leaves you feeling relaxed and rebalanced.
